Data Documentation
Data collection has been provided continuously based on data sources available in the Czech Republic and abroad, food analyses conducted within the current and previous projects and data calculated according to internal algorithms of the database. A reference to each published value is clearly indicated. Updates of the database will continue in the future stages with the aim to extend number of covered foods and components/nutrients.
The individual categories of the Database Documentation folder contain information about the structure of food records, data processing methods, and citations.
