Czech Food Composition Database, Version 9.24

The Czech Food Composition Database is managed and updated by the Czech Centre for Food Composition Database  within the Institute of Agricultural Economics and Information (IAEI).

Development of this Database is supported by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Czech Republic. 

This application presents data on the level of a compiled database reporting a single value for each food / component combination. Data have been processed and documented in accordance with the standardized procedure of the international net of excellence EuroFIR (European Food Information Resource).

The version 9.24 releases data for 982 foods.

This on-line application is protected by the Czech law on intellectual rights in force No. 121/2000. Food composition data are presented for general information. Limited version containing selected data for all foods is available for downloading for registered users. Registration is free of charge. Use of data should be in accordance with licence conditions for using data from NutriDatabaze.cz
