Czech Food Composition Database, Version 4.13

The Czech Food Composition Database is managed and updated by the Czech Centre for Food Composition Database – a joint working group of two institutions – the Institute of Agricultural Economics and Information (IAEI) and the Food Research Institute Prague (FRIP).

This application presents data on the level of a compiled database reporting a single value for each food / component combination. Data were processed and documented in accordance with the standardized procedure of the international net of excellence EuroFIR (European Food Information Resource).

The version 4.13 releases data for 512 foods.

This on-line application is protected by the Czech law on intellectual rights in force No. 121/2000. Data and texts should be used for non-commercial use only with clear indication of the original source.
